Before you write
Most messages we get have an answer already, so it is worth a look:
- A download link says the file is gone. Uploads on EasyUpload.io are temporary. Once a transfer expires the file is deleted and the link cannot be restored - not by us either. Ask the sender to upload it again.
- Your own upload is not there any more. Same reason. Keep a copy of anything you still need; a transfer link is not storage.
- The upload will not finish. Try a different network or browser first - most stalled uploads are a dropped connection. If it keeps failing, tell us the file size and the browser you used.
- You want a file taken down. Copyright claims go through our DMCA page, which lists what the notice has to contain. Anything else that should not be on the site - open a support request with the link and we will look at it.
- You need larger files or longer storage. That is what a LimeWire account is for; the plans are on the LimeWire pricing page.
Reporting a file
We act on reports of illegal content and of material that infringes copyright. Send the full link to the file and say what is wrong with it. Copyright notices are handled under the procedure on the DMCA page and are processed within 24 hours.
